Fuentek Announces the Appointment of Rebecca Stoughton as a Vice President

APEX, N.C. – Fuentek, a technology transfer, business development, and research and development advisor, is introducing a new Vice President. Fuentek is internationally trusted to provide innovation management strategies, technical expertise, insightful analyses of market research and competitive intelligence, and branding and marketing services. As a leader in this field, the company is pleased to appoint Rebecca Stoughton as a new Vice President of Fuentek. 

Stoughton has 20 years of leadership experience as an entrepreneur and technology transfer executive. Since joining Fuentek in 2013, she has been instrumental in identifying strategic partnership and collaborative R&D opportunities; developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies; assisting in deal negotiations; and training budding entrepreneurs. As a Vice President, Stoughton will continue to build upon her current responsibilities.

Having earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering/Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, Stoughton  has made a significant impact in the world of entrepreneurship and technology transfer. As an entrepreneur, she co-founded and was CEO of DreamMakers4U, which offered products to assist high school students plan for the college applications process. During her time at the University of Texas at Dallas, she played a key role in launching and leading the Office of Technology Commercialization.  Stoughton  will continue her role as a Fuentek Vice President from Amherst, New Hampshire, where she currently resides.
