(March 21, 2011)

APEX, N.C. – Laura A. Schoppe, president of Fuentek, LLC, a local technology consulting firm that provides intellectual property and technology transfer services, has announced that the firm will be a team pit area sponsor for the NC FIRST Robotics Competition to be held Thursday, April 7 through Saturday, April 9 at Dorton Arena on the N.C. Teams are assigned 9x10 foot areas within the team pit area for working on their robots during the event.

FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) engages, celebrates and inspires students as they discover that they can be successful in science and technology, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s technological enterprise.
